Standard diagnostic

A starting point for understanding your device.

Fixed during the diagnostic?

If AAMUP fully resolves the reported issue during diagnostics without replacement parts or separately approved additional repair labor, you pay only the applicable diagnostic fee.

Need additional work?

You receive the proposed scope and price before separately chargeable parts or labor proceed. Paying for diagnostics does not guarantee that a device can be repaired.

Returning customer?

After your first completed AAMUP repair, later diagnostics may qualify for a waiver based on service records and the circumstances of your request. Ask when you contact AAMUP.

Covered workmanship has a 90-day limited workmanship warranty. Parts, unrelated faults, new damage, and other exclusions are explained in the warranty.
